Working closely with teams to deliver a right first time solution

Working closely with the teams, I mapped the ocean freight process from receiving into ETSF location and custom controlled shipment processes.

I then translated the requirement into a developement specification and performed end-to-end testing before rolling out to the teams.

I then provided enhanced go-live support by spending side by side time with the teams to ensure training was rolled out correctly.
